About

Hello and welcome. I'm excited to share a bit about myself. Originally from Calgary, I discovered my passion for acrylic painting in 2014. I honed my skills through hours on YouTube and many workshops, including with some esteemed Canadian artists: David Langevin, Heather Pant, Cameron Bird, and Tim Packer.

My art focuses on natural landscapes where human presence is minimal. I use vibrant colors to amplify the beauty of these untouched environments.

Before diving into art, I earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, and a CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada. My adventurous past includes obtaining my glider license and ultralight permit from Transport Canada, as well as exploring hang gliding. Today I balance painting with my family life, and my alter-ego at an Aviation Insurance Brokerage at the Springbank Airport.

It is humbling that my artwork is appreciated, with pieces now displayed in homes and businesses throughout Canada and the United States.

Giving back is essential to me, and I have donated a portion of my sales to non-profit organizations such as the Canadian Red Cross, Black Lives Matter, Bridges to Community Canada, Transform Salone, the Calgary Humane Society, the Cerebral Palsy Association, Save the Children Canada, and regular micro-lending through Kiva.org.
